cheesy day! ^^

With the recent terrible haze that invades our country,

we are not allowed for any outdoor activities..

anyhow,the haze doesn't spoilt my zest in doing some cooking at home! =D

and i got a very good helper and buddy ,ms sharon heng to accompany me! :D

so we went to buy ingredients at bp mall in the afternoon and hong chuan is also one of the sponsors of the ingredients..hehehe

b'cos i 've never thought of  that they are interested in cooking too!

hahaha...

so yea,we made cheese stick and no-bake oreo cheese cupcakes.

the outcome was pretty good. :)

 the cheese melted and formed a nice texture xD

for those who loves cheese, you'll definitely like this simple crunchy titbit!

and as for the no-bake oreo cheese cupcakes,

it's ain't perfect although the sweetness is just nice.

the cheesecake taste more like a mousse @.@

it's our first try, there's still a lot of things for us to improve :)
